Evening review (Self exploration exercise)

This exercise will help you increase your self-awareness. It takes no more than 10-15 min.
I suggest you do it everyday for at least a week, or in between coaching session, or whenever you feel the need to understand yourself more deeply or make sense of a particular situation.

Mindsets (Self exploration exercise)

This quick 10 min exercise will help you identify mindsets that may unknowlingly be limiting you.
You can do this as a one-off or go back to it several times whenever you identify a new mindset.

Self-identification meditation (9 min)

This meditation will help you ground yourself and identify with your true self, who you really are.
I recommend you practice it every day and if possible, twice a day.
