Nathalie is a certified coach with an MA in Psychosynthesis leadership and organisational coaching.

After a 20-year career in a global pharmaceutical company and a lifelong search for her vocation, the search finally ended when she decided to retrain as a coach. She has been coaching for over 3 years. And after leaving her successful corporate career to run her own business, she has never looked back!

What to expect?

In this introspective and interactive workshop, we invite you to take a deeper dive into the realms of your inner world.
Using a blend of storytelling, personal reflection and creative exercises, we will help you discover what drives and shapes you. And we will guide you in transforming what feels like a hindrance into a superpower.

This workshop is underpinned by principles and teachings from Jungian and psychosynthesis psychologies but is designed as an experiential workshop. Here, learning is anchored in personal experience rather than theoretical teaching.

Who is this workshop for?
To truly benefit from this workshop, you need to have:

  • An open mind

  • A willingness to challenge your own mental constructs and lean into areas of discomfort

  • A willingness to experiment and learn in a different way

What do you need to join?

  • A quiet space with a good internet connection (somewhere you won’t be disturbed)

  • A working microphone and webcam (and good lighting if possible!)

  • Something to take notes and capture your reflections

  • Paper and colouring pencils or pastels for drawing
