This programme is designed to help you learn and build the mental muscles that are needed to be mentally fit and become the master of your own mind.
By doing so, you will be empowered to live your life from a place of ease and flow, rather than endless stress and struggle.

How does it work?

Daily practice
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.

Measurable progress
You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the three core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within eight weeks.

Weekly focus
Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Community support
We help you establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
What will I learn?
Week 1 / Self-command muscle
Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Week 2-3 / Saboteur interceptor muscle
You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.
Week 4-6 / Sage muscle
You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.

What is positive intelligence?Positive intelligence (PQ®) is your ability to handle life's challenges positively and stay calm under stress. It's about mental fitness, focusing on things like emotional intelligence, mindset, and resilience.

How does the program work?The 6-week program combines self-paced learning through an app with weekly group sessions. You'll do daily exercises, watch videos, and meet with a small group for support and discussion.

What will I learn?You'll learn to identify negative thought patterns, develop self-awareness, and practice techniques to stay positive and focused. The course covers topics like the Saboteur/Sage model, the five Sage powers and how to use them, and ways to apply these concepts to work and life.

How much time does it take?Plan for about 3.5 hours per week. This includes 15 minutes of daily exercises, 1 hour of video training, and a 1-hour weekly group meeting.

Do I need any special qualifications to join?Nope! Anyone interested in improving their mental fitness can join, regardless of background or experience.

How is the course delivered?It's entirely online. You'll use an app for daily exercises and videos, and join virtual meetings for group sessions.

What materials are provided?You'll get access to video lessons, guided meditations, the first 8 chapters of the 'Positive Intelligence' book, and an online community through the app.

What's the cost?The course costs £1075 upfront, or you can split it into three monthly payments of £395.

Is there a certification?No, this course doesn't offer a certification.

Can I connect with other participants?Yes! You'll meet weekly with a small group (called a "pod") and can interact with others through the app.

What happens after the course ends?You'll have access to the PQ app and community for a full year. You can also choose to keep meeting with your group or explore additional coaching options.

Why do FAQs matter?FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.

Where can I add my FAQs?FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
