Healing the perfectionist
A Free Interactive Workshop to Get to Know and Heal Your Inner Perfectionist.
Facilitated by Nathalie Cordell,
Transformational leadership coach & Organisational change consultant
Nathalie is a certified coach and holds an MA in Psychosynthesis leadership and organisational coaching.
After a 20-year career in a global pharmaceutical company and a lifelong search for her vocation, the search finally ended when she decided to retrain as a coach. She has been coaching for over 3 years. And after leaving her successful corporate career to run her own business, she has never looked back!
Why join this workshop?
Do you live in fear of being found out?
Do you keep bouncing between feelings of being superior and worthless?
When people tell you how good you are, do you say to yourself that they are just trying to be nice or have very low standards?
If you resonate with any of the above, the chances are that your inner perfectionist has been running your life.
And if it’s anything like ours, it is likely to be a life that looks good on the outside, but feels like a lot of hard work on the inside!
If so, then this workshop might be just what you need.
What to expect?
In this introspective and interactive workshop, we will invite you to take a deeper dive into your inner landscape.
Using a blend of storytelling, reflections and creative exercises, we will help you discover what drives and shapes you, and transform what feels like a hindrance into a superpower.
This workshop is underpinned by principles and teachings from jungian and psychosynthesis psychologies. However, it is designed to be an experiential workshop, where the learning happens primarily through personal experience, rather than theoretical teaching.
Who is this workshop for?
To truly benefit from this workshop, you need to have:
An open mind
A willingness to challenge your own mental constructs and lean into areas of discomfort
A willingness to experiment and learn in a different way
What do you need to join?
A quiet space with a good internet connection (somewhere you won’t be disturbed)
A working microphone and webcam (and good lighting if possible!)
Something to take notes and capture your reflections
Paper and colouring pencils or pastels for drawing
